Sukhmani Khorana is a Scientia Associate Professor in the Faculty of Arts, Design and Architecture, School of the Arts and Media at UNSW.
She has published extensively on the representation of diversity, empathy in relation to refugees, and the politics of food. She is the author of 'The Tastes and Politics of Inter-Cultural Food in Australia' (Rowman and Littlefield, 2018) and 'Mediated Emotions of Migration: Reclaiming Affect for Agency' (Bristol University Press, 2022).
